Hades (unnoficial name) is the penultimate boss from Vertical Force.

This boss appears as a holographic skull face. It is stationery and never attacks the player directly; instead, three indestructible satellites rotate around the screen on both altitude layers while shooting bullets. After taking some damage the boss will begin sending flying enemies from its mouth.
